the room had a private single layout and was non-smoking. the towels were changed every day at no extra cost. the lights were bright and i found the air conditioning to be comfortable. i also appreciated the free room shoes.
the hotel did not have chairs in the rooms or common areas. finding a place to sit and relax after a long day was challenging. i prefer to unwind with my ipad, but that was not feasible.

the rooms were very clean, with amenities that were well-kept. there was good sound insulation, resulting in a super calm place, and i slept well, with no disturbances. each bed had its own light, shelf, and power outlet, very useful.

there were many food options nearby the hotel, from breakfast to dinner. nishiki market offered a variety of food choices. i was never worried about finding something to eat. nearby kombinis offered convenience.

the women's shower rooms were spacious and clean. the water pressure was great. daily pajamas were provided. i also used the laundry machines, and everything was well-kept.

i found the hotel very clean, especially the communal bathroom. it was spacious and well kept. the location was excellent with convenient access to shopping and convenience stores. the staff were helpful and i enjoyed my stay.
the mattresses are mounted on a platform and stepping up and down from this platform required care , especially if you have bad knees.

the hotel provides all necessary amenities . it maintains really good cleanliness throughout the premises, which includes spacious shower and laundry areas that add to the convenience.

The hotel had a good location. It was near Nishiki market and some department stores.
The room felt too small, like a box. Soundproofing was poor, and I could hear corridor noise. This impacted my sleep. The hotel lacked a facility to store luggage for more than one day, even for a fee.

i found the location amazing!!! it was next to kawaramachi. it was not far from gion either. the bathrooms were really nice☺️.
the rooms were too small for two people and luggage. it was tough to make it work. the picture made it seem like the two people rooms would include a private bathroom. this was not the case.
